Economic Council of India (ECI) realising as need of an hour with socio-capitalist lens would like to reconstruct and recolonize this economic paradigm shift at grassroots levels (Panchayats / Districts / Division / State / National Levels) enrolling all the stakeholders who all are tax contributors or prospective tax contributors of India for the national good through Economic Awareness, Economic Participation and Economic Contribution for economic betterment and rapid national growth especially empowering and promoting;
