An Introduction
A Mechanical engineer by qualification with 25 years of technology experience, he brings leadership and passion behind the corporate growth of DYLOG.As an entrepreneur he has formed three IT companies with focus on Enterprise Solutions, Logistics Software and Offshore Development Centre respectively before starting the journey of DYLOG in 2008.But the DYLOG, born during global meltdown of mammoth proportions needed very intense leadership and hands on approach to survive initial phase. He provided much needed leadership by banking on hisexperience of bootstrapping and project management challenges. He developeda an agile business culture of people management to mitigate obstacles and lead through.
His inclination in the Software Products domain differentiates him from the other leaders of product-based IT companies considering his focus from the beginning was on Indian MSMEunlike depending on US-EUROPE clientele. This helped him develop a clear understanding of the MSME demography needs in B and C cities in India as well as the huge potential of the Indian rural sector. He sees huge value in his experience of pushing grassroot MSMEs into adopting technologies, as government mantra of “Make In India” and “Atmanirbhar Bharat” is about bringing the change in the MSME business environment. Between 2005 and 2010 he established business reach in the Middle East and Africa market through IT distribution firms. He is a hands-on person at the sales and marketing front of the group. He structures strategic sales initiatives for the company in various domestic and international regions.
At DYLOG
Though incorporated as an IT company, he sensed Telecom services opportunities with the JIO roll out and diversified into 3G and 4G telecom infrastructure installation & commissioning market. His strength of building teams and technical competence by recruiting and deploying crews, bringing on senior management and vendor management helped DYLOG getting enrolled at India’s top telecom operators and Service providers like Erickson and Nokia. He weathered initial challenges of bootstrapping and managing crews in remote regions of the states. Today DYLOG is the most preferred I&C vendor for its clients and executing large scale 5G rollout project awarded, with the scope of expansion into all western states of India.
DYLOG as Technology Group
His desire to transform DYLOG in to a Technology Group got a big push when three land parcels in Bhopal were awarded to DYLOG by the Madhya Pradesh Government (MPSEDC) to develop it in to Technology Park worth 70 Crore investment. His effort to skill and train engineering students in AI-ML, Cloud Tech, 5G and other related technologies is culminating in partnering with Rajiv Gandhi ProdyogikiVishwavidyalay in Madhya Pradesh.
At Society
He believes it is not enough to develop own business but the entire community should grow along with the enterprise. He has devoted considerable time to mentor budding entrepreneurs from Agriculture, Farm Fresh distribution to engineering and drone companies. He has developed and maintained relationships with a vast network of business professionals in Europe, Asia and Middle East that facilitates communication between various technology interest groups in India.
