H. R. Singh

He is graduated from Meerut University and having served in various positions since 1972, retired as Addl DG, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India in the year 2013 after putting in about 40 years of glorious service.

He served in as Black Cats (NSG) as squadron commander and remained incharge of Z+ VVIP Security. He did a stint as Chief Security Liaison officer with Secretary General Common Wealth and to the Head of Malawi state.

He served as Director, CRPF Academy, Gurugram and has served in almost all states specially J& K, North East and Naxal affected states. He is awardee of 10 commendation discs from DG CRPF & NSG and President’s Police medal for meritorious services.

Presently he is heading confederation of ex Paramilitary forces welfare Association.
