An Introduction

CA Dinesh Chandra Goyal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with Law and commerce bachelor degrees . He is a dynamic and versatile leader with over 32 years of experience with a commendable contribution in managing financial & management Accounting , Audits roles and rendering significant cost savings. He has worked at Senior Levels in renowened corprates namely A V Birla Group, J K Organisation, Ambani, M P Birla Group.

He is currently working as the Chief Finance Officer of Vasant Industries, Pune since 2018. The Group is into manufacturing Autocomponents, MS , Aluminuim and Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes, ERW Pipes, Aluminium Extrutions etc.

He has extensive experience in spearheading commercial functions, Budgeting, Strategic Business Planning, Project Financing, Business Process Re-engineering & Continuous Improvement. He gains expertise in Financial Operations Management and Financial Reporting. He is Self-driven, highly energized, and recognized for translating company business strategies into operational goals with visible metrics, strengthening vendor sources & developing alternate sources of suppliers, Plant Administration, and Government liaising.

He has demonstrated leadership skills in leading teams & motivating them towards achieving organizational goals and setting processes with a key focus on top-line profitability. Established consistent and appropriate business practices & enhanced controls; instituted controls, teamwork, and accountability throughout the entity.

Significant Awards & Recognition

The merit of consistently achieving “savings implemented systems and controls; developed new sources & transporters at lower cost, and instituted alternative sources of Gypsum, Fly Ash, Stores, and Engineering Items”.
He was Felicitated with “Merit Award” & “Appreciation Award” by A V Birla Group Chairman and CHRD Head & BMC Director in Anubhav in 2003.
He was Nominated for “Distinguished Achiever Award” – A V Birla Group Chairman’s Award – 2006 Participated in Finals of “Ranniti – 2006 – Game of Professional Warriors of A V Birla Group.
He was felicited at various occasions for securing merit postions in Educational sphers.
He was also selected as Treasurer at Lions Club , wherehe was active member for more than 20 years.
Aprt from handling the senior level assignment he was inducted on Clutural and Educational Committees and Agrawal Samaj bodies. He was felicited by Mrs Tina Ambani for CSR contributions for the Organsisation

He is blessed with two daughters, one son and a loving wife .
